For any stay over 90 days, yes — student, work, family or non-lucrative. The visa is stamped at the Spanish consulate in your home country before you travel.
Within 30 days of arriving on Ibiza you book a fingerprint (toma de huellas) appointment, hand in the EX-17 and your photos, and collect the card a few weeks on. We take care of the booking and the paperwork.
